TempoForge is an interval-workout timer provided by Naga Phani Sreevatsava Gopaluni. These Terms of Use apply when you download or use TempoForge. TempoForge is currently offered as a beta service; features may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued as the product evolves. By using TempoForge, you agree to these Terms.

Optional AI assistance
ChatGPT assistance is optional and provided by a third-party service. AI-generated workout suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review and edit all suggested presets before use. TempoForge does not provide medical, healthcare, or professional fitness advice.
You are responsible for the content you choose to share with third-party services. Review the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies before using those services.
Acceptable use
Use TempoForge lawfully and responsibly. Do not attempt to interfere with the app, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it in a manner that harms others or violates applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing the workout presets you create, import, or generate with third-party tools before using them.
Beta availability
TempoForge is provided as a beta product and may contain errors, interruptions, or changes in functionality. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. Additional warranty and limitation-of-liability terms may be added in a future update.
